D&D did remodels of both our bathrooms. We were very satisfied with the entire remodel process. Dan was our initial contact — the highlights with Dan were really good communications, responsiveness, adaptability to our requirements and preferences. We solicited 3 bid from contractors — D&D provided a complete proposal and their bid was competitive with the two other bids we solicited. D&D's proposal was well organized and tailored to our requirements. Through our the bidding process Dan was responsive, helpful, and never pushy or trying to over-sell. Our decision to go with D&D was easy. The actual remodel process proceeded very smoothly. The effort started with the design process, the D&D designer (Alexandra) did the full design with very accurate renderings of the bathrooms and supported us at shopping for the fixtures. We were really pleased with her services and feel was an important part of the success of the effort. The actual remodel work was done quickly, but not rushed and was done with a high-level of craftsmanship and quality. The remodel staff was respectful of our privacy, worked very neatly, and were actually a pleasure to have in our home. The workmanship was impeccable and exceeded our expectations. In summary I felt very satisfied with overall experience with D&D and highly recommend them.
